Salon Policies:

Ophelia Rose Hair Co. is a shared salon space consisting of independently operated beauty professionals. Each stylist is an independent business owner and establishes their own pricing, scheduling, cancellation, payment and service policies.

Appointment booking:

Appointments are required unless a stylist specifically accepts walk-ins, please arrive on time and please notify if you are running late.

Cancellations:

Please provide 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling. Short notice cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a fee or deposit per stylists discretion.

Additional Guests:

Due to limited space and safety considerations we ask only the person receiving the service to remain at the salon. Only children receiving a service my occupy the salon and may not be left unattended.

Pricing and payments:

Each stylist independently determines their accepted payment methods and pricing.

Service satisfaction:

If you are unhappy with your service, please contact your stylist directly as soon as possible. Service adjustments should be discussed with the stylist who performed the service. Refund and correction policies may vary by stylist.
